While living in beautiful western Kentucky, Kimberly completed her undergraduate degree at Murray State University. She earned a BSN while graduating with honors and being inducted into Phi Sigma Tau, international honor society. Four years later she returned to Murray State University and earned a Master's of Science in Nursing Anesthesia. Graduating with honors she became a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in 2006.
After completing her graduate degree she went to work providing anesthesia at Lourdes Hospital in Western Kentucky. During the first five years of practice she served as a member on the hospital credentialing committee and was the clinical site coordinator for nurse anesthetist's students. She spent the next couple years traveling to different states and locations providing anesthesia to hospitals with critical staffing needs. On an assignment she fell in love with Kansas City. That is where she started a family and took a 5 year permanent position at North Kansas City Hospital. In January 2019 she relocated to Columbia, Missouri and took a position at Mid Missouri Anesthesiologist INC. Here she is a member of a respected team that provides anesthesia for the talented group of surgeons at Columbia Orthopaedic Group. Kimberly is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist, and has over 20 years of experience in the field of nursing.
Personal Interests
On her free time she enjoys spending time with family and neighbors, reading, exploring nature, and being a soccer mom for her two children Hunter and Kaylee.
