For Express Check-In with Health iPASS:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early (30 minutes if you are a new patient or have not been seen in over a year)

For Patients NOT using Express Check-In with Health iPASS:

  • Arrive 30 minutes early to your appointment.
  • At check-in, please provide your driver's license, current insurance card and medication lists as well as any co-pay required.

What is Express Check-In with Health iPASS?
You will receive an email or text 3 days prior to your appointment with an option for Express Check-In. We use HealthiPASS to streamline the appointment, billing and insurance process. You will receive automatic reminders via mobile device (text) and email for your scheduled appointment time. You will also be able to pay co-pay and prior balances to avoid confusing paper bills. We strive to create a simple, transparent and easy bill payment process for our patients and Health iPass is helping us achieve this.
